About Us
MimikinTech is an Australian company based in Melbourne creating advanced training manikins for professionals around the world.
We are the first to develop the Realistic Posable Manikin, a manikin with an internal skeleton that allows it to hold positions and adapt to a wide range of training needs. The concept was designed and built by our founder and CEO, Andrew Jupp, who wanted to bridge the gap between outdated floppy dummies and the realistic demands of modern training.
Our manikins are used across many fields including police and defence training, corrections, mining, emergency response, crime scene analysis, industry safety programs and film stunt work. What makes them stand out is their ability to hold natural poses, withstand repeated use, and provide lifelike realism that other products cannot match.
The foam models are made to be durable and suited for physical training drills such as body search, arrest, restraint and control practice, while our full silicone models are built for realism and simulation where appearance and detail matter most. Both are made to a high standard of quality and designed to give trainers confidence in every session.
At MimikinTech, our focus is always on the people who use our products. We listen to the needs of trainers, agencies and organisations to ensure our manikins deliver real value in the field. We are proud to support professionals who rely on effective tools to prepare for the challenges of their work.

Our Mission
A Manikin Company with a Difference
At MimikinTech, our goal is simple, to make training simulations as true-to-life as possible. Real people have bones, muscle, and weight, so our manikins are built to reflect that. The result is a tool that feels closer to reality and makes your training more effective.
Because every Mimikin is fully poseable, trainers can set up scenarios exactly as needed, from body search drills to tactical arrest practice. This flexibility adds a whole new dimension to training, giving you options that traditional floppy dummies simply can’t match.
We’re committed to constant improvement. By pushing the boundaries of design and technology, we aim to deliver the most advanced training manikins available, keeping your team prepared for the real world.
